7 Day Cooling Off Period
- Unless stipulated on the item description page, a seven-day cooling off period will apply to each item sold on HeavyEquipment site.
- The seven-day cooling off period will give buyers comfort in the knowledge that if for any reason whatsoever they believe an item they have purchased is not as described, HeavyEquipment will refund their deposit in full no questions asked provided the buyer notifies HeavyEquipment in writing within 7 days of auction closure of their dissatisfaction.
- The directors of HeavyEquipment are very aware of the fact that this is a new way for people to buy at auction and will do all they can to provide the general public a safe and user-friendly online auction site.
- Buyers please be aware that if the directors of HeavyEquipment have reason to believe you are misusing this escape clause, your ability to use this site will be terminated without notice.
